1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., earbuds, skincare) once opened.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Open a Support Ticket: Go to your Account → Tickets and create a new ticket with the category "Return/Refund". Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Await Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 1–2 business days.

3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage in your support ticket to expedite the process.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
